- 1945
- Established Tochigi Food Industry Co., Ltd. at 98 Shukugo, Utsunomiya City with capital of 190,000 yen. In addition, a frozen dessert factory was set up at 1002 Nakagawara, Utsunomiya City as a food factory of the Railway Kousaikai.
- 1951
- Completed dairy product manufacturing facility according to Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance No. 58. Started production of full-scale ice cream, the only licensed factory in the prefecture
- 1963
- Merged with Futaba Foods Kogyo Co., Ltd. and changed the company name to Futaba Foods Co., Ltd. Started manufacturing Chinese steamed buns
- 1972
- Started manufacturing and sales of Marron Glacé
- 1976
- Moved the head office to 4-1-16, Ichijo, Utsunomiya-shi
- 2002
- Obtained Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification (HACCP) at Kitsuregawa Factory
- 2010
- Obtained ISO22000 certification for head office, Shimoguri factory, Kitsuregawa factory, Kansai factory, Marron Glacé business
- 2019-2022
- Headquarters, Kitsuregawa Factory, Kansai Factory, Tohoku Foods Co., Ltd. (affiliated company) acquired FSSC 22000
